A new helpdesk system is currently being implemented within GRHA.  With improved reporting and some new knowledge base resources for our members, we're making it easier to get answers and assistance quickly.

Recent enhancements to GRHA infrastructure saw approximately 5,000 endpoints (phones) upgraded across almost 20 agencies, continuing to deliver essential business infrastructure for 24/7 health services.
